Ways you can help build PakistanAction

This is early. That’s the point.

What exists today is a working demo and a thesis we think is right. What it needs now is people who’ve built things before — and who will tell us plainly when we’re wrong.

Back it

The first real money buys sourcing — people on the ground checking that what we recommend is actually on the shelf. That verification work is the moat, and it is unglamorous and expensive.

What we’re asking

Angel cheques, or an intro to someone who writes them.

Build it

One engineer and one designer for a quarter would take this from a demo to something ten thousand people can use. The stack is boring on purpose — Next.js, TypeScript, no magic.

What we’re asking

Nights and weekends, a sabbatical, or a referral.

Bring supply

If you know exporters, distributors, or Pakistani brands already on Western shelves, that is the single most valuable thing you can hand us. Demand without verified supply is worse than nothing.

What we’re asking

Warm introductions to people who ship real product.

Bring demand

Your company already buys engineering, design, support and manufacturing from somewhere. Getting one Pakistani supplier onto one shortlist is worth thousands of household purchases.

What we’re asking

One name on one RFP.

Run your city

Houston, the Bay Area, Toronto, London, Dubai. A local organiser who can get fifty people to take their first action is how this becomes a movement instead of a website.

What we’re asking

A few hours a month and your address book.

Tell us we're wrong

The fastest way to help is to find the flaw. If you think diaspora demand can't move exports, or that this is a marketplace in disguise, we want that argument in writing.

What we’re asking

Twenty minutes and your honest read.

Get in touch

Tell us how you’d help.

There’s no form-filling theatre here. Every submission lands in a file a human reads, and every one gets a real reply — including the ones telling us this won’t work.

If you’d rather just have a conversation, say so in the box and we’ll send a calendar link back.

Goes to a file we read every morning. No list, no drip, no newsletter.
